Energy Supply charges refer to the cost of the actual electricity or natural gas itself — this is the rate you can lock in to access a supply of energy. With other plans, you may pay a different amount depending on the time of the year and the amount of energy you use…but with Unlimited Energy, this portion of your bill never changes.

Your Unlimited Energy rate does not include charges from your utility related to delivery or other fees, and state and local taxes.

You can put your credit card away. You’ll continue to pay for your energy the same way you always have directly to your distribution company, with no interruption. You just pick the new plan you want, and we coordinate all of the technical details with the distribution company on your behalf.
