Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Santanna Energy Services Customer Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

The Program allows eligible Santanna Energy Services customers to refer prospective customers to Santanna and receive a reward if the referred customer successfully enrolls and meets the requirements outlined below.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referring Customer Eligibility

To participate as a referring customer, you must:

  • Be an active Santanna Energy Services customer.
  • Be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
  • Maintain an account in good standing at the time of reward fulfillment.
  • Have an account active for at least one (1) month.
  • Have at least one active energy service with Santanna.
  • Refer a legitimate prospective customer.

2.2 Referred Customer Eligibility

To qualify as a referred customer, the individual must:

  • Be a new Santanna Energy Services customer (not existing or previous).
  • Enroll using the referring customer’s referral link.
  • Maintain an account in good standing for at least two billing cycles.
  • Be a legitimate customer.

3. Referral Requirements

For a referral to qualify:

  • Santanna must be able to successfully track the referral through its system.
  • Referrals submitted through other methods may not qualify.

4. Referral Rewards

4.1 Reward Amount

If all Program requirements are met, as determined at Santanna’s discretion:

  • The referring customer will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
  • The referred customer will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.

4.2 Reward Delivery

Rewards are issued as physical Amazon gift cards and mailed to the service address on the customer’s Santanna account.

Electronic gift cards will not be issued.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All referrals are subject to fraud and eligibility review. Suspected fraud may be investigated and referred to law enforcement.

Santanna reserves the right to delay reward fulfillment during review.

5. Fraud Prevention and Program Abuse

Santanna actively monitors referral activity to maintain the integrity of the Program.

Santanna reserves the right to review, withhold, deny, or revoke rewards if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Self-referrals.
  • Creating duplicate or fake accounts.
  • Using multiple identities for referrals.
  • Submitting enrollments without the customer’s knowledge or consent.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated referrals.
  • Manipulating referral chains or structures.
  • Multiple enrollments from the same device, IP, or suspicious patterns.
  • Any activity deemed fraudulent or misleading by Santanna.

Santanna has sole discretion in determining violations. Accounts involved in abuse may be disqualified and barred from future participation.

6. Program Changes and Termination

Santanna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Santanna Energy Services, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Program or use of any reward.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Participants agree to jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas. All proceedings will be resolved by bench trial, and the right to a jury trial is waived.
